As a professional manufacturer specializing in foundation packaging, DY PACKAGING is proud to announce a significant milestone in our expansion: the structure of our second factory has been topped out, marking a pivotal step towards its scheduled operational launch in 2021.
The new facility, spanning 18,000 square meters, is designed as a vertically integrated production base dedicated to the entire manufacturing process of foundation packaging. It will house all critical operations under one roof—from the plastic molding workshop (producing bottles and caps) and electroplating workshop (for premium metallic finishes), to the assembly workshop (integrating pumps and lids) and screen printing (for branding and decoration).
This integration will streamline our production workflow, significantly reducing lead times for orders. More importantly, it consolidates our quality control at every stage, ensuring consistent precision from raw materials to finished products. For our clients, this translates into greater supply reliability, faster turnaround, and enhanced flexibility to meet diverse customization needs.
